Anthony Bogachev

Anthony is a senior in Pforzheimer House concentrating in Bioengineering with a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. Outside of EWB, he spends his time at Harvard on Model United Nations and organizing MakeHarvard. He is from Minnesota and enjoys hiking, kayaking, and occasionally sleeping.

Victor Yang

Victor Yang is a junior from Boston living in Leverett House. He is a pre-med concentrating in computer science. Outside of EWB he works in the Banaji Lab researching implicit biases in developing children. He enjoys spending his free time running, traveling, and laughing. His happiest moments are when trying new things and sleeping.

Billy Koech is a Junior in Leverett House from Eldoret, Kenya. He studies Electrical Engineering with a secondary in Computer Science and he loves spending his free time taking pictures, sketching objects and designing prototypes of technological gadgets.

Juliet is a sophomore in Mather House studying Mechanical Engineering. She is originally from Lagos, Nigeria, but has spent significant time in Austin, Texas. She is particularly interested in international development, music, and creating visual art.

Alejandro Gracia-Zhang

Alejandro is a junior from Northern California concentrating in Mechanical Engineering. He currently lives in Quincy House, and when he’s not working on EWB, he enjoys IM soccer, relearning how to play the violin, and spending time outside (preferably when it's warm).

Past Project Leads

Nicole Trenhard

Nicole is a member of the class of 2020 living in Adams House studying Mechanical Engineering. She served as a Project Co-Lead for the Mkutani School Project for two years, the MA/RI State Representative with the Northeast Region Steering Committee and is now the Student Representative on the EWB-USA Board of Directors. Outside of EWB, Nicole is a member of the Harvard Track and Field Team and loves playing Scrabble.

Daniel Getega

Daniel is a senior at the University studying electrical engineering. He is currently interested in circuit design and fabrication of electronic devices as far as his career ambitions go. He spends his extra time working with the Kibuon team members on projects that will enrich lives in Kenya. He is grateful that having been brought up in Kenya, his knowledge of Swahili was a great resource on the last implementation Trip.

Mckenna Roberts

McKenna Roberts is a senior from Northern Michigan concentrating in Biomedical Engineering. She was drawn to EWB because she wanted to integrate her interests in global health and engineering and has grown to love the chapter's amazing members and projects! She currently lives in Quincy House (the best house), and when she is not working on EWB, she enjoys directing HMUN committees, and cooking celebratory snacks for the chapter!

Santiago Vargas

Santiago is a Junior from Colombia living in Mather House. He's concentrating in Chemistry and Physics and grew up in Boston. Outside of EWB he enjoys IM soccer, powerlifting, and volunteering with Harvard's Chinatown After school program.

James Niffenegger

Director of Fundraising & Programming

A senior in Mather House studying mechanical engineering and integrative biology. He is the Director of Programing, a past member of the Mkutani project, and a current member of the Kibuon project. Outside of EWB, he loves outdoor activities like running, hiking, and exploring the islands in the Boston Harbor.

Eva Cai

Director of Media

Eva is a sophomore in Quincy concentrating in bioengineering. She comes from Vancouver, Canada and is not good with the cold. Eva is passionate about education, mentorship, and the intersection of medicine and technology. Outside of EWB, she enjoys her time designing magazines for Brevia, course assisting Applied Math, conducting research in the Lewis Lab on biomaterials, and trying out new inks for calligraphy projects.

Nkazi Nchinda

Director of Grants

Nkazi is a sophomore from Wisconsin living in Leverett House. He is concentrating in Biomedical Engineering with a secondary in Sociology. Outside of EWB, he conducts bacterial research, volunteers with HSHS, and helps to coordinate interfaith activities on campus. In his free time, he loves to try new food, listen to music, and explore Boston.

Anisha Dok

Director of Publicity & Content

I'm Anisha, a junior studying electrical engineering in Pfoho House! If I had all the free time in the world, I'd probably be playing bananagrams, seeking out boba shops, or watching movies. Outside of school, I am involved in a few dance productions and co-founded Khmer Student Association for Cambodian students to have a space at the College. I love EWB, and can't wait to see welcome more members into our community and get them excited about the work we do!

Tyler Moulton

Director of Fundraising

Hi guys! My name is Tyler Moulton, and I am the current Director of Fundraising for the Harvard SEAS Chapter of Engineers Without Borders. I am also a member of the Kibuon Project Team as well as a former member of the Mkutani School Project Team. I am studying applied mathematics with a focus in astrophysics and a secondary in earth and planetary sciences, and besides EWB I am also involved in the Harvard Photography Club and the Aleph, a recognized social organization on campus!

Calvin Marambo

Treasurer

Calvin is a senior in Eliot house pursing an S.B. in Bioengineering. He’s is originally from Arusha, Tanzania – the land of Mt. Kilimanjaro and the Ngorongoro crater. Calvin joined the Mkutani team because he wanted to give back to his home community. When not doing EWB work, he spends time doing drug delivery research and designing Biomaterials.
